The word ‘SNOW’ in SCRIPTURE
The word ‘snow’ is used to illustrate different thoughts in
Scripture. Below is a list of all of the times snow is mentioned grouped according to the thought that it seems to exemplify.
SNOW PURE & CLEAN:
1. Job 9:30 If I wash myself with snow water, and make my hands clean
2. Psalm 51:7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow
3. Psalm 68:14 When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it was white as
snow
4. Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD:
though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
