The beauty of the changing seasons is one of the things valued by those who dwell in an area where the four seasons are distinct in their weather.
While barren trees and snow-clad roads may seem unappealing to some, they are part of the beauty of the ever-changing landscape to others who delight in the transition from the snow of winter to the buds of spring to the full-bloom of summer to the muted hues of fall.
As temperatures plummet and snow falls, may we rejoice in the artistry of our LORD whose imagination and creativity give so much glory to HIS brush as HE repaints the landscape in the colors of winter.
Where but here could ordinary mortals enjoy the wondrous transitions that are brought by the changing seasons?
