It's
written, “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who
bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who
proclaim salvation," Isaiah 52:7.
These feet are not mine. In fact they don't belong to a person who brings the good news, or salvation. These feet belong to a Buddhist monk. He is a new friend that I sat with, talked to, and exchanged questions with about what we each believe.
His feet are not like mine; they don't tread to share the love of Jesus, or to run a race that is set before him as he gazes into the eyes of the loving LORD.

But, you know something? I think his feet are beautiful too. I think
that God looks at those feet and wishes He could wash them.
I too look at those feet and wish that I could wash them, but women cannot touch this man.
If I could wash his feet, I would. And I would pray that they would soon find new direction. That they would walk to the foot of the cross. That they would carry the love of Jesus wherever they went, that they would go near and far to share the good news of the gospel of Christ's precious salvation.
Alhough I may not be able to lay hands on these lost feet that are pursuing a wrong path, I am able to pray over them. I will pray not for just for this one lost monk, but for all people everywhere who do not follow JESUS.
