- The LIGHT
Darkness cannot put out the Light. It can only make the ONE who is LIGHT, our LORD JESUS CHRIST, shine brighter.
Are you wrestling with adversity from those who oppose your faith and challenge your integrity? Do those who allow themselves to be instruments of evil in the hands of GOD'S ancient foe endeavor to undermine your witness before the lost?
...If so, that opposition testifies to the effectiveness of your testimony. Were you not a warrior in the ARMY of the RIGHTEOUS ONE, the adversary would not strive to neutralize your witness.
First, recognize that you are a holy warrior, engaged in the battle of the ages. The one thing the devil would wrest from men is their eternal salvation. Because you speak the word of salvation boldly, he has unleashed his fury against you. Resolve to stand strong against the fury of the enemy. Resolve to stand strong in the ONE who is your strength.
Second, recognize that the one whose deeds are evil, hides himself in the darkness of deception. Continue to allow the LIGHT of TRUTH to shine through you. Continue to allow the ONE who is TRUTH to be evident in the light of your testimony and in the light of the living epistle of your life.
