Lord JESUS, we turn our problems and concerns and anxieties over to YOU today. We do this because YOUR WORD invites us to "Cast all our cares on JESUS, for HE cares for us." I Peter 5:7
We stand on YOUR WORD because it cannot fail and it cannot lie. We know that "You are able to do exceeding, abundantly above all we can ask or think, according to YOUR power at work within us," Ephesians 3:20.
We invite YOUR power to work! We believe Romans 8:11 that says,"The same power that raised JESUS from the dead dwells in you." We as believers have that glorious resurrection power within us! As YOU glorified YOURSELF on Easter morning, we ask YOU to glorify YOURSELF again within us this morning!
We give today and
all our tomorrows to YOU, JESUS, and we expect that YOU will handle all
that we face without any intrusion from us. Help us to do exactly as
YOU tell us to do to allow YOU full control, and to relax in the
assurance that each of our days will be great as we leave them in YOUR
hands.
