The LAMB has been slain. The cross no longer secures its Victim. The tomb holds its still, silent Occupant.
The storm is over.
The temple veil is rent--from top to bottom by an unseen hand from Heaven.
The people--the weeping, the silent, the mockers--have walked away from Golgotha because there's nothing more to see.
