David Wilkerson came upon the scene about 40 years ago. He was the pastor of a small church in rural Pennsylvania who felt led by GOD to go to New York City to preach to street gangs.
Many lives were transformed through the love of the LORD who reached out to lost and broken and hate-filled youth through this godly and dedicated man.

rehabilitation program that has the highest success rate of any drug
program in the world.
