Watching Meadowlark Lemon and his team, the Harlem Globetrotters, play basketball was enthralling! Of course, they always played our high school faculty, including the basketball coach, and the students virtually burst their seams laughing at our illustrious educators being trounced.
Thank you, Mr. Lemon, for all the laughter inspired by your amazing humor and for the tremendous awe we felt at your incomparable skill at the game of basketball.
I hope Heaven has a basketball court and I hope you're giving the angels some instructions this morning.
