PRAYER:

Lord Jesus, I come before Your throne of mercy and grace asking that Your Holy Spirit touch the hearts of all who read this and move upon them to pray fervently for revival in our land. We know that revival is always preceded by repentence so I ask You that You plant within our hearts the desire to stand clean before you. Allow us to be washed afresh in Your shed blood that we may be holy and wholly Thine.

May the prayer of II Chronicles 7:14 become the cry of our hearts. It says, "If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from Heaven and forgive their sin and heal their land."

Our great God and Savior, we lay our sins under Your blood and we lay our hearts at Your feet. Use us to pray through in the behalf of this great nation that was placed at Your feet at its inception. Do not allow the wicked one to snatch from Your hand what was dedicated to Your purposes and established upon Your Word.

You have glorified Yourself in us before, dear Lord, Jesus, and we ask You to cleanse us and make us fit to be used to Your glory again. It is in Your own mighty, matchless name we pray, Jesus. Amen and amen.
