October 21, 2015 was the date specified in the movie, "Back to the Future." Yesterday was October 21, 2015.
It is interesting to reflect upon this 1985 movie and its projection into the future. Some of the things they introduced are indeed part of today's day-to-day life. Someone in Hollywood has a real flair for science--or access to the drawing board at NASA.
Movies like this one are not the only peek we get at the future. The Bible has prophesied more events into the unknown and unknowable--and with greater accuracy--than any work of fiction could ever do. In fact, the only predictions in the Bible that have not proven true are those that have not yet transpired.

And watch with heightened expectation for the glorious event it assures us is soon-to-come, for Biblical signs are everywhere that one day in the near future, the eastern sky will be bathed in glorious light as Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world, will return as Conqueror and King.
