Within the Milky Way Galaxy, in the nearest solar system to our solar system, a planet has been discovered that astronomers believe would, like our earth, be conducive to life as we know it.
This discovery fuels the imagination of those who are proponents of the theory that there is life somewhere in space, that Earth is not the only planet where human (or humanoid) life exists.
Whatever will ultimately be determined about the existence of life beyond earth, GOD has known it all along.
JESUS has told us that the very hairs of our heads are numbered, and the psalmist tells us that HE numbers the stars and calls them by name.
Because the
HOLY ONE knows everything about man--his needs, his strengths, his
heart's desires, his foibles, his sins--can man not trust HIM with the
essence of his life for time and eternity?
Can man not lay his life at the feet of the ONE who calls him by name, the ONE whose perfect love caused HIM to die that man might live? Whose perfect care invites him to give HIM all his burdens?
Let the love and care of JESUS transform you from your lostness in sin to being one who is loved, redeemed, and known by your name.
