When is the right time to praise the LORD?

When you are afraid, praise HIM.
When you are in need, praise HIM.
When you are depressed, praise HIM.
When you are confused, praise HIM.
When you are poor, praise HIM.
When you are in pain, praise HIM.
When you are lost, praise HIM.
When you are happy, praise HIM.
When you are rejoicing, praise HIM.
When you are honored, praise HIM.
When you are rich, praise HIM.
When you are powerful, praise HIM.
